TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 1st PRIZE

The prize is: 7 night stay in French villa.

THE WINNER OF THIS PRIZE MUST BE AGED 18YRS OR OVER

-The villa is situated in a small rural village called Sombrua

-2km from the small town of Marbouget in the Haute Aquitaine region of SW France

-1hr drive from Pau airport

-2hr drive from Toulouse (east) and Biarritz (west) airports

-1hr drive from Pyranees

-several ski resorts in area

-3/4 hr from Lourdes

-wine producing area

  -villa sleeps 10 (12 if sofa bed in TV room used)

-3 bedrooms upstairs (1 en suite)

-bathroom and separate toilet upstairs

-Downstairs, TV room, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area

-Downstairs toilet

-Garage

-Table tennis room

-Spacious walled garden

-Lockable drive gates

-Spacious parking

-Starter pack provided on arrival (milk, cereal, bread, butter)

-Duration-7 nights only

-Maximum of 12 people (incl children)

-The prize must be taken at a date that is mutually agreed with the owner

-The prize must be taken within 12 months of Hexham Regatta ( 7 June 2008)

- A deposit of £400 must be paid in advance

-Breakages/damages must be paid for by guests

-The villa will be checked before arrival and after departure

-TO MEET WITH FRENCH LAW, THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE MUST HAVE IN PLACE CURRENT TRAVEL INSURANCE AS THE OWNER OF THE VILLA WILL NOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH etc WHILST STAYING ON THE PREMISES
